I require all new clients to come in for an in-studio consultation before any color service to assure you know the ins and outs of the style you’re longing for. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% fee for late notice, charged to your card on the day of the appointment.
• Last-minute rescheduling within 72 hours (3 days) of your reserved appointment will result in a 20% fee, billed to your card on the day you reschedule.
• No-shows will result in a $50 fee, charged on the day of the missed appointment.
• Frequent schedule changes or cancellations may require a 50% non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments. This deposit will be applied in addition to any last-minute rescheduling fees.
• Clients are allowed to hold only two active appointments in the booking system at a time.
